It is unclear when you should drink coffee after taking Omeprazole. There are a few different opinions on the subject and no clear answer to this question. Some people take it before going to bed while others say that you should wait until the morning. The bottom line, though, is that if you're not sure what to do, just drink coffee at your own discretion! Omeprazole is a drug that reduces the production of acid in the stomach. There are some side effects though, and one of them is a decrease in absorption of caffeine. To be more specific, it can reduce the rate at which your body absorbs coffee by up to 60%. This means you'll have to drink twice as much coffee to experience the same effects.

There are a few different opinions on when you should drink coffee after taking Omeprazole and they're all quite vague:

1) Drink coffee before going to bed

2) Drinking coffee, in any case, is OK, even if you took the medicine early in the morning

3) Don't drink coffee at all when taking Omeprazole

In this case, the safest option is to drink coffee at your own discretion. It's a good idea to drink coffee in moderation since too much of it can be harmful in many cases. If you're not sure when it is safe to have a cup, then just go without. You'll feel the same effects either way.

1) Drink coffee before going to bed: Some people recommend drinking a cup or two of coffee as soon as you wake up and another one or two cups before going to bed. Even though this is the most popular opinion, it's not very clear why people follow it. There is no research that indicates that doing so would be any better than drinking coffee at a different time.

2) Drinking coffee, in any case, is OK, even if you took the medicine early in the morning: This advice is based on the idea that you should always wait 4 hours after taking Omeprazole before having your first cup of coffee and drink no more than 2 cups per day. However, there is no research that proves this reasoning.

3) Don't drink coffee at all when taking Omeprazole: This is the strictest opinion, but it is based on an assumption that many people have – drinking coffee while taking Omeprazole will cause side effects. But again, there are no studies to support this statement.

In conclusion, there is no clear answer to this question. It's best to go with the safest option and drink coffee at your own discretion. This way you'll avoid any potential side effects from an overdose of caffeine.
