2. Raw Eggs
Oftentimes eggs contain Salmonella which can cause fever, vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea in mothers. In extremely rare cases it may narrow down to causing cramps in the uterus along with premature birth which is highly dangerous to the baby’s health.
These infections may cause long term damage. In the first month of pregnancy, it is recommended to cook the eggs thoroughly in order to eliminate the chance of any infection and it is also recommended to use pasteurized eggs.
3. Simple Carbohydrates
Anything that contains refined flours like bread, pasta or cookies are harmful for the fetuses health.
Gluten is not very healthy for a person in their full health, and for a woman who is pregnant and in her first month, it is not a very appropriate choice for building the health of the fetus.
Instead of refined flour it is recommended to have whole wheat or rice.
4. Unpasteurized Milk
Milk comes from various animals like cow, buffalo, goat etc. But there is no clear evidence of the health of those animals from where we are getting the milk.
Many times animals undergo many kinds of diseases or infections which can be passed down from their milk. Intaking the milk which is directly received from the animal can lead to a lot of infections like E-coli, Salmonella, etc.
Pasteurizing the milk can kill all the harmful bacteria and germs without altering the nutritional content of the milk. It is recommended to boil the milk before intaking for pregnant women.
5. Alcoholic Beverages
Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can cause termination of the pregnancy.
Taking alcohol in this period hinders with the development of babies weight and height. And also low body weight.
6. Package Foods
Package food such as microwave ready meals, cakes, biscuits, chips, etc is not a good choice for one month pregnant women.
Package foods are basically cakes, cookies are basically fried and processed food which tends to increase the blood sugar and sodium content in the body of the mother.
It is recommended to avoid Papaya during pregnancy. Unripe and semi-ripe papayas contain latex, which triggers uterine contractions which can leave to termination of the pregnancy.

8. Sugary Food
Sugar is essential for everyday functioning but not more than 30 g. Eating too much sugar can increase tiredness.

Eating too much sugar can lead to various complications.
Taking cheese and such food one month of pregnancy time is not usually ideal to take . It can harm the proper development of the baby.

It is very natural for everyone to take caffeine. But during pregnancy it can effects the brain functioning and neuron development of the baby.
It is not recommended during this period to take beverages like tea, coffee, cocoa etc. It is possibly unsafe because it contains caffeine.
